Stock Samples are pre-made examples that showcase our materials, finishes, and adhesives. They’re ideal for evaluating our quality but don’t include your logo or custom design.
Custom Samples are made specifically for you, based on your artwork, preferred material, and required specifications. You’ll get a true feel of the final product.

2. Why is there a fee for custom sample production?
Creating a custom sample involves dedicated setup, including material prep, printing, engraving, and quality checks. The $100 fee covers these costs—and it’s fully refundable once your bulk order is confirmed.

3. Can I get stock samples for free?
Yes! Stock samples are free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost. It’s a great way to check our craftsmanship before moving forward with custom production.

4. How long will it take to get my sample?

  • Stock Samples: Shipped within 1–2 business days after shipping payment is received.

  • Custom Samples: Usually ready in 5–7 business days, plus delivery time based on your location.

The fee is per custom sample request, not per unit—meaning it covers one design proof. If you need several design variations, we’ll provide a quote accordingly.

8. Will I get a refund if I don’t place a bulk order?
If no bulk order is placed, the $100 fee covers the actual cost of creating your sample and is non-refundable. However, we’re confident the sample will help build trust in our product and service quality.
