Payment Terms

At Himgo, we understand the importance of secure and flexible payment options when working with global partners. Whether you’re ordering a custom prototype or placing a high-volume production order, we aim to make the payment process as smooth and trustworthy as possible.

✅ 1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (T/T – Telegraphic Transfer)

    • Standard for production orders

    • 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment

    • Secure and traceable via your bank

  • PayPal

    • Ideal for sample fees and small orders

    • Subject to a handling fee

    • Fast and convenient for amounts under $500

  • Letter of Credit (L/C)

    • Accepted for large-volume orders

    • Subject to internal approval

    • Recommended for enterprise-level clients with established credit

  • Western Union (case-by-case basis)

    • For low-value transactions

    • Requires prior agreement

🧾 2. Standard Payment Terms

We offer flexible terms depending on your order type:

Note: Payment schedules for tooling, prototypes, or packaging development may differ and will be specified in your Proforma Invoice.

💵 3. Currency & Bank Details

  • All quotations and invoices are issued in USD by default

  • We also support EUR and RMB upon request (please confirm in advance)

  • Bank fees and intermediary charges must be borne by the buyer

  • Please ensure full payment amount is received in our account to avoid delays

📄 4. Invoice & Payment Confirmation

  • Every order is issued with a Proforma Invoice (PI)

  • A Commercial Invoice will be provided before shipping

  • Use your PI number as the payment reference

  • Once payment is received, we will promptly confirm and begin production

  • Please email your payment slip or bank confirmation to your sales representative

🔒 5. Safe & Reliable Transactions

We take your security seriously. All payments are traceable through formal channels, and our finance process follows international trading standards. We maintain a strict separation of client and company accounts, ensuring transparency and accountability.

For sensitive transactions (e.g., high-value tooling or phased development), we’re happy to provide additional documentation or confirmations upon request.

⏳ 6. Payment Timing & Late Balance

  • Delays in payment may affect your production schedule or shipping date

  • Orders will not be dispatched until the full balance is cleared

  • For long-term clients or large partnerships, extended terms may be considered upon agreement
